Someone in this position should have good communication skills, be dependable, flexible, and prompt with good initiative as well as good team work skills. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Giving direct care to individuals, assisting with showers, grooming, dressing, oral hygiene, giving medication, documentation, preparing and cooking meals, housekeeping, laundry, grocery shopping, assisting with doctor appointments, outings, running programs, activities, etc.
