Assistant Table Games Shift Manager

Job Description

The Assistant Table Games Shift Manager will manage the Table Game, Poker operations and staff, gaming protection being a high priority. Associate management Includes scheduling, counseling, discipline, recruiting and hiring, appraisals and development. Maintains proper staffing levels. Maintains Associate records, Payroll Processing and Training.

Assures compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, policies and rules including, but, not limited to, State Gaming regulations and company policies and procedures. Assures compliance with Federal regulations, including IRS.

 

Investigates and resolves customer complaints and concerns.

 Implements and enforces all departmental and organizational polices, rules and procedures.

All other duties as assigned.

 

Qualifications

 

Minimum 5 years Gaming Supervisory Experience required.

Minimum 5 years Gaming experience required.

Experience in both EGS (Slots) and Table Games strongly preferred.

 

SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS

Must be able stand and walk for extended periods of time.

Ability to lift maximum 50 pounds

Frequently noisy loud environment

Frequently smoky environment.
