IT Service Desk/Account Specialist

Job Description
The Information Technology Department at St. Ambrose University is seeking a full-time, skilled professional providing customer service and Tier I and II technical support to faculty, staff and students.  This position is also responsible for account creation management, managing the online Service Desk software, maintaining the IT website and portal, and overseeing student employees.   Candidate must have excellent communication skills (written and oral), customer service, and problem solving skills.
