Quad Cities, IA/IL — The Greater Quad Cities Hispanic Chamber of Commerce is pleased to partner with the Central Midwest Higher Education Recruitment Consortium (HERC) for an event to advance dual-career and diversity hiring in the region. Diane Finnerty, Director of Central Midwest HERC, will present “Building Campus/Community Partnerships for Diversity and Dual-Career Hiring: An Introduction to the Central Midwest HERC.” The event will serve as an opportunity for higher education institutions and community employers to discuss best practices to recruit and retain a highly trained, diverse workforce and to better support dual-career couples.
