The Quad Cities Chamber is hosting a virtual conversation with Rep. Dave Loebsack at 1 p.m. Thursday, April 9, about federal financial assistance programs for businesses affected by COVID-19. The CARES Act allocates $350 billion to help small businesses keep workers employed amid the pandemic and economic downturn, among other things.
