Our Empowering Latina Leadership Alliance (ELLA), is an initiative that is part of the Hispanic Chamber and led by a steering committee. Catrinas and Cocktails is an annual event that makes a great networking mixer. It is filled with prizes for the best dressed Catrina for the night! Join us in celebration of our culture and feel free to contribute to our ofrenda that will be hosted by students of Augustana College.

- Inspire and empower Latinas to broaden the perception of what they can achieve educationally and professionally
- Facilitate opportunities to benefit Latinas who are interested in pursuing networking opportunities and small business development
- Increase knowledge, grow, and strengthen group ties
