KNOW BETTER, DO BETTER: A DIABETES CONVERSATION
Living with diabetes for 27 years, Rick developed a mindset that allows him to welcome his challenges. He's created a deeper understanding of his diagnoses by adapting to constant changes, making necessary adjustments, and using A LOT of humor.
Those with diabetes and those wanting to prevent diabetes can visit with registered dietitians, certified diabetes educators, and wound care, wellness, heart disease, weight and mental health experts prior to dinner and after the presentations. Dinner at 6pm.
