National Hispanic Heritage Month Closing Ceremonies

LULAC Council 10 will honor all Americans who have served in the military at their Closing Ceremony of National Hispanic Heritage Month. The volunteers from the U.S. Coast Guard Flotilla 93 will lay floral wreaths in the Mississippi River for each branch of the U.S. Armed Forces.
