Rock Island County Criminal Records Relief Clinic

The Criminal Records Relief Clinic will take place in person on March 5 from 1:30 to 4:00 PM at the Moline Public Library. 
 
This clinic is free, but registration is required to guarantee an appointment time. Once registered, you will be contacted to provide further information and finalize an appointment time. Clients need to meet financial guidelines for eligibility.
