BankORION Announces Annual Shareholders Meeting

 
Orion, IL, April 3, 2025:  The 134th annual meeting of the shareholders of Orion Bancorporation, Inc. was held, on Monday, March 17, 2025 at Bally’s Quad Cities Casino & Hotel, Rock Island, IL.
 
President and CEO Matthew P. Bollinger informed stockholders the company ended 2024 with total assets at $641 million and total stockholders’ equity ended the year at $52 million. In addition, total loans and total deposits ended the year, respectively, at $398 million and $547 million.
 
Bollinger reviewed progress made on several topics including the bank’s financial performance, strategic initiatives, the wealth management division, InvestORION, the opening of a new operations center in East Moline, Illinois, the upcoming acquisition of Bridge Community Bank and its’ three branches in Solon, Mechanicsville and Mount Vernon, Iowa, and plans for a new branch facility in Aledo, IL. 
 
Chairman of the board of directors, Alan F. Wright, announced the retirement of long-time board member, Brad Keleher. Brad served on the board of directors of BankORION and Orion Bancorporation, Inc. since March 18, 2019.
 
The shareholders re-elected Matthew P. Bollinger and Douglas R. Nelson to the board of directors for three-year terms. Other directors include Alan F. Wright, Timothy J. Fritz, DeAnne C. Bloomberg, Gerald D. Johnson, Kevin P. Koellner, and Mark B. Werning.
 
The board of directors of BankORION and its parent company, Orion Bancorporation, Inc. also announced the promotions of Lindsey J. Uttech to Vice President, Director of Human Resources, Hannah M. Robinson to Assistant Vice President, Agriculture and Commercial Loan Officer, Kylie M. Vandersnick to Assistant Vice President, Agriculture and Commercial Loan Officer, Brad S. Butcher, to Assistant Vice President, Commercial Loan Officer, R. Grant Redpath, to Assistant Vice President, Commercial Loan Officer, and Lisa K Durbin to Assistant Vice President, Branch Manager.
