Part Time Office Help

We are growing And we’re looking for someone reliable to help keep our contracting business organized behind the scenes. The main responsibilities would include organizing receipts, keeping paperwork in order for each job, and helping track expenses and invoices.
We’re looking for someone who:
• Is very organized and detail-oriented
• Has experience using QuickBooks or similar bookkeeping/job tracking software
• Is comfortable managing receipts, invoices, and job records
• Can work independently and stay on top of tasks
• Has a valid driver’s license (you may occasionally be asked to run material or pick up supplies — company truck will be provided)
This would likely be part-time with flexible hours for the right person.
