Retail Operations Specialist

Quad City Bank & Trust is looking for a Retail Operations Specialist to join our Retail department! The individual in this role will be responsible for managing and providing daily support, training, and guidance in the Retail Operations functions for QCBT Retail staff in order to ensure the delivery of superior client satisfaction and the assurance that all policies and regulation requirements are being fulfilled.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High school diploma, technical certificate, or equivalent required.
  • A minimum of five years of banking, customer service, or retail is highly desired. Background, experience, and the ability to create value are also strong considerations.
  • Previous knowledge of Bank products, policies and procedures relative to Retail banking, as well as an overall knowledge of Bank operations is necessary to be successful in this role.
  • Must have a willingness to achieve a level of consistency and mastery which is an important component to success as a part of the QCBT Retail team.
