Business & Workforce Development Officer (Healthcare & Educational Partherships)
St. Ambrose University is seeking a strategic, relationship-focused Business and Workforce Development Officer (Healthcare and Educational Partnerships) to drive enrollment growth in our healthcare education programs. This role is responsible for leading recruitment efforts to achieve enrollment goals by building strong partnerships with the healthcare sector, supporting workforce training, degree completion, graduate education, etc. in both B2C and B2B contexts.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Developing and executing recruitment strategies to attract healthcare professionals for training, degree completion, graduate programs, and other educational offerings.
- Building and managing partnerships with healthcare systems, educational institutions, corporations, and government organizations to expand the reach of St. Ambrose's healthcare education offerings.
- Collaborating on marketing and promotional campaigns to enhance program visibility and drive enrollment.
- Setting and pursuing measurable goals for partnership growth, workforce engagement, and student recruitment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3-5 years in business development, enrollment, workforce development, or partnership cultivation, ideally in healthcare or education.
- Proven ability to foster and manage strategic relationships with strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel and proficiency with customer relationship management (CRM) and digital marketing tools.
